We want you to love your Dave Matthews Band gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and music media must be in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the merchandise is in new condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
